This month's PTI Blog Hop challenge is to gleam inspiration from the above photo and use it to create a project!
I am over-the-moon about this challenge as I absolutely LOVE a beautiful, bright, cheerful yellow! It's my all-time favorite color and has been since I was a kid. I LOVE it!
I could not help myself. When I saw the inspiration photo, with those delicious huge aqua satin bows, I knew I had to make a card with one. I HAD too! Isn't it so soft and feminine? I LOVE it!
The background is "letterpressed" in white ink. The bow (I am so bow-challenged) only took about 30 minutes of arranging and fluffing. Then, I glued that baby down! :)
Supplies (all PTI unless noted):
Stamps: Tiny Tags, Polka Dot Basics II
Ink: Fresh Snow, Harvest Gold, Aqua Mist
Dies: Picnic Plaid impression plate, Tiny Tags
Card Stock: Lemon Tart, Stampers Select White, Aqua Mist
Other: Aqua ribbon (Offray), Artists Safety Pin (Oriental Trading)
Thanks ever so much for stopping by today!
